Mandy joined the Rocky Knoll team in May 2022 as the Deputy Administrator. She is a state of Wisconsin licensed nursing home administrator and has worked for for-profit and county owned and operated senior living organizations since 2005.
Mandy has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Educational Psychology. During her career she has worked in leadership roles beginning as a Social Services Director, Executive Director and Administrator.Her professional goals include quality resident centered care and satisfaction. Mandy believes creating and nurturing strong relationships between staff, residents and families is essential to ensure each resident feels happy and that their life has meaning and purpose. She strives to be understanding, sensitive and in touch with staff to foster a positive and supportive working environment. Her goals also include cultivating open, clear and consistent communication and serving every customer with respect, dignity and compassion.
Mandy lives in Sheboygan County. She is married to husband John and they share 2 young energetic sons, Parker and Paxton. In her personal time, she enjoys camping, spending time with family outdoors in the sun and walking their dog Daisy.
