Lidia joined Rocky Knoll in June 2022 as the Nutrition Care Manager. She graduated from University of Wisconsin- Stout with her Bachelors in Nutrition & Dietetics followed by completing her year long internship at University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in 2015. She has been a long-term care dietitian since graduating.
Lidia moved to the Sheboygan Falls area in 2020. She lives on a little farmette with her husband and son. Free time is spent outside with friends, family, and all their animals. She's still figuring out what her hobbies are - she is currently attempting beekeeping.
