Libby has been working at Rocky Knoll since January 2022. She began her Rocky Knoll career as a Personal Care Assistant and then a Certified Nursing Assistant. Libby now serves as the Social Services Assistant on Woodland Village. She assists residents with adjustment to placement for short term rehabilitation. She serves as an advocate for residents and families to ensure each person under our care, receives all around individualized quality services. She also coordinates discharge planning to ensure residents are ready to safely return home or find a new home to meet their needs. Libby believes her role is part of the team that involves the resident, family, care providers and Rocky Knoll. She looks forward to being able to assist each and every person to the best of her ability.
Her relationship with her grandparents is what drives her passion for working with the elderly population. In 2017, Libby earned her Associate’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin Sheboygan. While working as a CNA, Libby fell in love with the Rocky Knoll community and is happy to be a part of the Rocky Knoll Family.
In her free time, Libby enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She likes to read, muskie fish, play card games, cook, attend concerts and go on mini weekend getaways.
