Jessica Strand joined Rocky Knoll in May 2025. She brings over 15 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and has served as a dedicated Rehab Director since 2017. Her career has been rooted in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, where she is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and leading interdisciplinary teams to success.
With a strong commitment to supporting the functional independence and quality of life of her patients, Jessica combines clinical expertise with compassionate leadership. She values collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement in the rehabilitative process.
Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mom to two daughters who keep her on her toes. She enjoys yard games, bowling, board and card games, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
