During the COVID-19 pandemic Rocky Knoll will comply with the “Upcoming Requirements for Notification of Confirmed COVID-19) or COVID-19 Persons under Investigation) Among Residents and Staff in Nursing Homes
All resident representatives will be notified via our emergency calling tree for any positive COVID-19 case requiring a Public Health facility wide investigation.
Staff communication related to COVID-19 can be found on the Rocky Knoll intranet. Other communication methods for facility wide COVID-19 updates include: email, One Call automated messages, COVID-19 resource binders located on each unit, and memos posted throughout the facility.
Resident communication related to COVID-19 will be shared in written communication delivered to resident rooms.
